Who We Are-

-We believe that fitness and diet play a huge part in mental well-being. Many studies have found without proper eating habits and exercise you are much more likely to have symptoms of depression and anxiety. When you exercise your body releases endorphins and helps to increase serotonin levels resulting in overall better mood. Working out and maintaining a desired physique also helps with increased self esteem and confidence, which in turn helps your overall mood and happiness. It is well known that unhealthy eating patterns can cause mood swings. Blood sugar fluctuations and nutritional imbalances are very likely to cause this. Without a balanced consistent diet your mind and body will suffer. Just cleaning up your diet along with eating more then 3 small meals a day will help your mind and body function properly.-

-We offer a large verity of strength training equipment and all the free weight you could need. Aside from a place to lift we provide a place of camaraderie and a feeling of family. We accomplish this with group workouts and training programs designed to challenge you as a group.-
